From the City in the Sun comes the ambassador of Deep and Soulful Tribal Afro House Music, Knord from Nairobi, Kenya.

My influences range from MAW, Black Coffee, Atjazz, Osunlade through to the more abstract acts like  Boddhi Satva.

I host a weekly online podcast dubbed “Deep Hollows” on Mixcloud.com with over 120 episodes, is a resident dj at Treehouse Club, Nairobi and DJ/collaborator with the Santuri Safari Kenya. 

 

I am also into production and currently collaborating with Masta Luminary on my projects, which will soon be available for relaease.

 

I hold on to these two dear concepts which are: “Music should speak to your soul and existence” and “Simplicity is ultimate  expression of sophistication.”
